Steps to Becoming a Member of Christ Covenant Coalition (CCC)
1.Understand the difference between becoming a member and a covenant partner
Before applying, review the distinction between CCC Membership and Covenant Partnership on our website. This will help you determine which relationship best suits your calling and level of engagement.
2. Begin with Membership
Those who desire to become Covenant Partners must first become CCC members in good standing for approximately one year. This is part of our intentional process to ensure mutual alignment and trust before deeper levels of partnership.
3. If You Were Not Referred
If you were not recommended by a current CCC member, please request a Zoom interview with Bishop Joseph Mattera or a designated member of the Executive Council. This conversation helps us get to know you and your ministry heart.
4. Complete the Membership Application
Fill out the official CCC Membership Application below and email it to CCcoalition@outlook.com
5. Submit and Schedule
Email your completed application and a request for an interview to: CCcoalition@outlook.com - This will initiate the review and scheduling process.
Covenant Partnership
Steps to Become a CCC Covenant Partner
To be considered for Covenant Partner status within the CCC, applicants must complete the following process:
1.Minimum Membership Requirement
Applicants must have been active CCC members for at least one full year prior to applying for Covenant Partner status.
2.Engagement and Interview
Applicants must attend at least one in-person CCC Table or Retreat and formally discuss their intention to pursue covenant partnership with Bishop Joseph Mattera or a designated member of the Executive CCC Council.
Note: If in-person attendance is not possible, a Zoom interview may be requested and scheduled with Bishop Mattera or his designee.
3.Formal Application
Following the interview, and upon receiving preliminary approval from Bishop Mattera or an authorized Executive Council member, the applicant must submit a formal letter requesting Covenant Partner status via the application and email it to CCcoalition@outlook.com
4.Official Acceptance
A Covenant Partnership is only granted after the applicant receives an official letter of acceptance from Bishop Joseph Mattera.
5.Completion and Recognition
Once the applicant’s covenant partner fee is received by CCC, and all prior steps have been fulfilled, the Covenant Partner status will be formally recognized.
